Contracted Services Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Contracts Analyst to collect , interpret data that supports informed business decision making. The successful candidate  will support contracts pricing and administration by turning complex data into , analysis, and management of contracts across the business. 

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance standards
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner
• Maintain accurate contract records and manage contract lifecycles
• Support continuous improvement through data-driven insights

Applicant must meet these minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in analysis, contract management, or a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Solid understanding of data modelling and statistical analysis
• Experience working with databases and large datasets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of financial figures
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Advanced level in English
