What you will do

The role of Branch Manager in Kewdale is integral to the success of Scania Australia. 

This is a hands on role and you will lead, support, mentor and drive Aftersales operations across  Workshop, Parts and Customer Service, ensuring at all times that Safety, Quality and Customer Satisfaction are at the forefront.  Your leadership and energy will influence every part of our Services business and is central to delivering on Customer Uptime and Team Engagement.

Other key responsibilities include;

  • Championing our way of working – steering and supporting our Aftersales processes to deliver on our customer commitments.
  • Driving profitability through engagement with new and existing customers
  • Own the Aftersales P&L – act like an owner bringing entrepreneurial flair and a commercial mindset

This role will suit an individual with real drive and purpose, who relishes building cohesive and committed teams, and who’s passion is creating a customer experience consistently exceeds expectations.

To be successful in this role within our organization, you will have the following:

  • Commitment to health, safety and quality
  • Previous workshop/branch management experience in the heavy vehicle or related industry
  • Experience in managing a cross functional team and championing a customer centric culture
  • Proven ability to build and lead high performing teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail with strong process orientation and a continuous improvement approach
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to positively engage across all levels of the organisation
  • Strong understanding of Aftersales KPI’s and performance metrics
