About Us
Scania Pilot Partner is a new function to increase speed and focus on the e-mobility.
We are aiming for an entrepreneurial “company mindset” with end-to-end responsibility and clear accountability for the e-Mobility business. We create and sell proof of concept solutions in segments and/or applications where no mature solution exists yet.
We reduce risk by taking full responsibility for profit and loss but also by supporting uptime for the customer during the contract period. Our working environment is characterized by high integrity, a flat hierarchy and collective leadership.
The team is highly diverse and global since we have team members in Australia, Germany, Gothenburg and Södertälje.
What you will do
Your work as an Customer Operations Engineer is to be a specialist in Pilot Partner customers. This could mean doing diagnostic via the different controls systems and parametrize software and by that solving problems for the customer. Responsibilities and duties include:
- Supporting customer operation over the life cycle
- Be a support for trouble shooting and act as a flying doctor for complicated issues.
- Support Pilot Partner customers. Often together with the team and also on your own both in Södertälje or at customer site.
- Customer sites are in Sweden, Norway, Germany and Australia.
- The work is to support already sold product solutions as well as be a part of future Pilot Partner solutions.
- The spread of technology we are working with is unique for Scania. All platforms, and also technique not in the modular toolbox as trailers, solar panels and so on
Who you are
To be successful in this position you will:
- Be a dedicated team player, flexible when plans change and service minded with focus on the customer.
- Possess good leadership qualities and you can talk eye-to-eye with anyone in the organization.
- Someone who is strong in communication and have hands-on experience from supporting customers with heavy vehicles.
- Strive to build wide contact networks with long term relationships through good communication, structure and trust.
- Have great passion for the success of Scania’s customers is a given
- Have experience from commercial vehicles and have been working with customer where operations and uptime is key factors for success.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent – would be desirable but not mandatory
