What you will do
This role is responsible for the delivery of new vehicles.  Ensuring the timely delivery and coordination of vehicle movements, vehicle accessories, builds and any customer specific adaptations. Key duties will involve;
•    Managing the sales administration process from new vehicle orders through to the final delivery to the customer
•    Planning and scheduling the vehicle Logistics, supply and preparation of new vehicles
•    Communicating with the sales team in relation to vehicle delivery
•    Liaising with external suppliers to ensure timely co-ordination of new vehicle movements
•    Ensure that all necessary technical, legal and customer specific information is made available to the Scania Service Network

Who you are
To be successful for this role, you will preferably have prior experience in the automotive retail or wholesale industry in a similar role.
You will possess excellent stakeholder management, along with great organization, administration and time management skills.
Above all, you will be customer focused and strive to deliver positive outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
