Life in the Workshop

  • Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Technicians fostering a culture of service and performance excellence
  • Work with Scania teams to ensure compliance and efficiency throughout the workshop flow
  • Monitor Technician productivity and ensure customer expectations are met
  • Ensure your team have appropriate skills, tools and resources


About you

  • You will hold a Certificate III HV Diesel Technician qualification
  • You lead by example - enjoy mentoring, coaching and training
  • Proven experience working as a HV Technician
  • You take pride in quality workmanship and doing things right.
  • You will thrive on ensuring customer satisfaction through your work and how you support your team – happy customer’s means happy you!
