Key Responsibilities

Supporting coordination of the Learning Portfolio in MyCompass;

Assisting in preparing and conducting trainings;
-
Providing operational support in learning activities and helping ensure appropriate conditions for trainings;
-
Supporting monitoring and evaluation of training results and educational activities at mechanic level;
-
Assisting in analysis of competence needs and supporting the preparation of learning plans for the retail organization in EAR, according to the knowledge and needs of individual workshops at mechanic level;
-
Supporting the service network on technical questions and assisting in resolving more complex repair and maintenance cases;
-
Assisting in campaigns and promotions of Scania products and services;
-
Providing support to the service network on technical issues and preparation of “Failure Reports”;
-
Promoting a safe and healthy working environment in line with local and Scania policies, and supporting correct tool handling and use of protective equipment;
-
Supporting activities in "Scania Top Team" promotions and preparation in EAR;
-
Assisting in identifying and implementing local EPS according to market needs;
-
Supporting updates of literature, programs and tools for the region;
-
Helping to prepare and share technical updates and information with the service network and management;
-
Participation in trainings at home and abroad related to the role of Technical Trainer.
Our expectations

Expected 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (technical support, training, service, or related position)

Good command of English, both written and spoken
-
Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
-
Category B driving license
-
Basic knowledge of spare parts and service operations
-
Proactive and resourceful approach with a high level of initiative
-
Strong communication and presentation skills
-
Ability to work in a team and adapt to different situations
-
Openness to new knowledge and continuous learning
