MAN Financial Services is expanding its presence across the East Adriatic Region, including Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. To support the further development of our business in Slovenia, we are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Sales Support Professional to join our team in Ljubljana.
The role combines customer relationship management, sales of financing solutions, financial analysis, credit assessment, contract management and portfolio follow-up, working closely with the commercial organization to provide customers with integrated solutions.
Purpose of the Role
As a Sales Support Professional, you will support customers throughout the financing process — from the first commercial discussion and assessment of customer needs to financial analysis, preparation of financing proposals, contracting and ongoing portfolio management.
You will work closely with customers and the vehicle sales organization to develop competitive and sustainable financing solutions, while ensuring sound credit decisions, high-quality customer service and full compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Duties and responsibilities
- Preparing financing and insurance agreements and related supporting documentation, including handover records, payment schedules, powers of attorney, buyback documentation, offsets and other required documents.
- Entering and maintaining agreements and relevant data in contract monitoring and other applicable systems.
- Preparing invoices, reports, customer correspondence, notices, requests and other contractual or financial documentation.
- Sending documentation to customers and assisting them with administrative and financial queries, including registration renewals, homologation and related matters.
- Supporting contract administration throughout the agreement lifecycle, including rescheduling, early settlement/buyout, contract closure and archiving.
- Preparing insurance quotations and policies, customer declarations and supporting the activation of agreements in the system.
- Supporting claims administration, including notifications to insurers and intermediaries, cooperation with relevant internal functions and preparation of required documentation.
- Coordinating and signing relevant documentation with customers and suppliers and participating in vehicle handovers where required.
- Maintaining records related to registrations, deliveries, closed agreements and other relevant documentation.
- Preparing daily outgoing correspondence and delivery-related reporting.
- Supporting system-related operational activities, including testing JIRA cases and updating Euribor in the system when required.
- Performing other related duties as instructed by the direct manager or Company Director.
The employee is responsible for compliance with all applicable external and internal requirements relevant to the role, including:
- EU and national legislation and internal policies relating to anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and sanctions compliance;
- the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable internal requirements relating to personal data protection;
- the TRATON Financial Services Code of Conduct and other applicable internal policies and procedures.
Education
Level V education; preferably in economics, finance, business administration or a related field.
Additional Skills
- Fluent Slovenian and good working knowledge of English.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Accuracy, reliability and attention to detail when handling documentation and data.
- Ability to organize work independently and manage several administrative tasks and priorities.
- Basic understanding of financing, leasing, insurance or related financial processes.
- Category B driving licence.
