Job Title: Business Administrator – Scania Financial Services
Salary: From £27,000 plus an excellent benefits package
Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid working
Type: 18 month FTC
Working Hours: 8.45am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

The Business Administrator plays a key role in supporting contract activation, in-life contract administration, and payment processes while assisting with floorplan and wholesale operations. The position ensures accurate documentation, timely payments, and efficient coordination between customers, dealers, and internal teams. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative and financial processes in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you will:
- Manage the contract pay-out process, ensuring documentation is accurate and payments are completed in a timely manner.
- Conduct pre-payment checks, validate credit requirements, and approve invoices, refunds, and payment requests.
- Process floorplan and invoice factoring payments, upload invoices, and provide daily pay-out updates to Accounts.
- Support pre-lease processes, including invoicing, interest calculations, and timely contract finalisation.
- Handle customer and dealer enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare settlement quotations and process contract amendments, restructures, terminations, and ad-hoc invoices.
- Issue updated contract documentation and provide contractual evidence where required.

- Diligent – accurately conduct a range of administrative duties including the updating of orders, records, and internal systems.
