Project leader – Industrial Engineering

We are now looking for you who wants to be a part of a diverse team within project management. You will play a key role in a global Scania project that drives a fundamental change that will largely affect the production planning and preparation process of Scania. To be successful we need to develop a deep understanding of our processes and how they connect to our systems together. The target is to meet today's and tomorrow's increased need for information exchange and collaboration within Scania and TRATON.

Your role

As a project leader, you will be part of an experienced and committed team where we support each other to achieve a common goal. Your role includes tasks such as:

  • Leading cross-functional project teams and following up on deliveries.
  • Running projects according to Scania's investment process.
  • Be responsible for keeping the projects within budget, follow-up and provide budget forecasts.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that the projects schedule is met.
  • Status reporting.

Who are you

We are looking for you who have the ability to lead a team and can prioritize and distribute work. You value and enjoy good collaboration and find it easy to communicate within different networks. As a person you have a passion for Industrial 4.0 and are curious to learn more about future technologies with good analytic skills.

You have good communications skills in English, with a pedagogical and systematic approach. We think that you have deep knowledge within project management and/or experience as a group manager. Driving license is a must.
