Background
The current production instruction system relies on printed materials for guiding operations. While effective, there is potential for optimization through standardization and exploring innovative, digital solutions that streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Objective
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the existing system, identify opportunities for improvement, and explore solutions ranging from refining the current platform to adopting cutting-edge digital work instruction systems for more efficient operations.

Job description
You will conduct a thorough analysis of the current production instruction system and benchmark it against industry standards. In addition to exploring improvements such as standardization, you will design and implement a pilot project to test a digital work instruction system in a production environment. Your research will include feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and user feedback from the pilot. You will assess the potential impact of these changes on production efficiency, quality, and worker engagement.

The output of this thesis would be:
A detailed comparison of traditional vs. digital work instruction systems, including pilot results.
Recommendations for full-scale implementation of an optimized, future-proof instruction system
