This Is Us
At the Commercial AI and Data Office at Scania Sales & Marketing, we have four missions; The first one is to provide a common Data and AI foundation for Scania from a commercial perspective, the second is to accelerate Data, Analytics and AI adoption cross the Scania business by building and operating AI and Data solutions. The third mission is to drive the transformation of Scania into an AI and Data-driven company, giving expertise and hands-on support in building AI and Data solutions, driving data standardization, navigating laws and regulation, and set best practice and way of working with AI architecture and Data Mesh. Finally, we have a fourth mission, which is to structure, quality assure and automate our Master Data cross Scania, for optimized and aligned analytical utilization.
Now, we are looking for an AI and Data Portfolio Manager to join the team for Commercial AI and Data Foundation.

Role Summary
As an AI and Data Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing AI and Data use cases and data products across all commercial business functions based on business needs. You will gather necessary information about technical requirements and resources to build solutions and maintain a roadmap to ensure these solutions are implemented as planned. Your work will encompass both AI and Data products.

Job responsibilities
•    Understand business and customer needs as basis for managing prioritizations for AI and Data use cases for all commercial business functions.
•    Gather and understand use cases and compile necessary information about technical requirements, compliance requirements, standardization needs and resources.
•    Build and maintain a roadmap based on use case ideas and ensure timely implementation.
•    Collaborate cross-functionally in appointed networks and decision forum, including various business functions such as Sales, R&D, Finance, IT etc.
•    Cooperate closely with Legal functions to ensure compliance with EU AI Act and EU Data Act regulations.

Who you are
You have a solid understanding and knowledge of the development process of digital solutions and the role of data and AI/ML in that context. You have experience from the product management area, specifically related to portfolio management, preferably related to Data and AI. Technical understanding of building Machine Learning solutions, as well as building Data Products and implemented them in a Data Mesh is essential. You possess a business mindset, great communication skills, and excellent stakeholder management abilities, since you will be working cross various business functions cross Scania and the TRATON Group. Previous experience in the EU AI Act and the EU Data Act is a bonus.
