Cloud Architect - Scania Workshop Suite

We are looking for a hands-on and solution-oriented Cloud Architect to join the team behind Scania Workshop Suite (SWS) – the global platform used in workshops around the world to diagnose, maintain and update Scania vehicles.

As part of our DevOps/Delivery Engineering team, you’ll take the lead in building a modern, scalable, and secure cloud platform that supports Scania’s digital transformation and workshop network.


 

Your Responsibilities

 

• Design and implement cloud architecture using AWS

• Support and review solutions across development teams

• Ensure cloud best practices for performance, security, scalability and cost

• Promote DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)

• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with AWS CDK and Terraform

• Guide and mentor teams in cloud technology and architecture


 

Who You Are

 

You are a cloud-native thinker with a passion for building robust, scalable platforms. You enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on development and have experience working closely with developers, product owners and architects.

We believe you have experience with:

• AWS and cloud architecture

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK)

• CI/CD, observability and DevOps practices

• Microservices and distributed systems

• Bonus: Interest in vehicles, IoT or diagnostics

You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you enjoy sharing knowledge and solving complex problems together.
