Our Team
Our team designs vital parts for e-Mobility and ensures they function seamlessly within the complete truck and bus installation. We are a diverse and inclusive team that takes great pride in what we do and always strives to deliver the best possible solutions. We are divided into agile teams but all of us are co-located and enjoy working and having fun together. We have a high level of trust, team spirit, and a positive attitude. Collaboration is key to success for our team and for the person taking up this role.
About the Role
In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing cutting-edge charging and battery management systems. Your innovative work will be crucial in integrating these advanced systems into our vehicles, ensuring they function seamlessly and efficiently.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including system and component owners, purchasers, suppliers, manufacturing engineers, project managers, and adjacent installation design teams to ensure the successful integration of these systems. Your contributions will drive continuous improvement, refining our products and processes to stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in electrification technology.
Quality, efficiency, and sustainability are paramount in all our designs, and you will play a key role in maintaining these high standards. You will also participate in prototype testing and validation activities, ensuring robust performance and reliability of our systems.
