Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Management System Developer to strengthen our growing CSMS initiative within the TRATON Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and operationalizing our cybersecurity management system, securing the entire vehicle lifecycle – from concept to decommissioning. You will work closely with the CSMS owner, certification engineers, and cross-functional teams across R&D, IT, production, and supplier networks to ensure compliance with global regulations such as ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155/R156, and GB/T 44495. If you're passionate about translating regulatory frameworks into real-world practices, and enabling safe and secure mobility, we want to hear from you.
Job responsibilities
• Co-develop and implement a robust CSMS together with the CSMS owner, tailored to TRATON’s product architecture.
• Support Certification & Compliance by ensuring adherence to ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155/R156, GB/T 44495, and internal technical standards.
• Assess and validate post-production cybersecurity practices, including PSIRT and VSOC processes.
• Act as a cybersecurity focal point between departments such as R&D, IT, production, and supplier networks.
• Design and deliver training to raise awareness and enable stakeholders across the organisation in CSMS responsibilities.
• Define KPIs, monitor cybersecurity risk posture, and report on performance and compliance status.
Who You Are
You are a structured and analytical professional with a deep interest in cybersecurity and a strong ability to navigate both technical complexity and regulatory landscapes. Your background likely includes a technical education in computer science, electrical engineering or a related field, and experience working with standards such as ISO/SAE 21434 and UN R155/R156. You are familiar with concepts like PSIRT, VSOC, TARA and cybersecurity audits, and you feel confident driving initiatives across multiple functions.
Communication comes naturally to you, and you thrive in a global environment where collaboration and stakeholder alignment are key. You enjoy translating abstract requirements into actionable frameworks, and you take pride in building systems that work in practice – not just on paper.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds – your unique experience and perspectives is valuable to us.
