Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Owner to take ownership of Scania’s Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS). In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and evolving cybersecurity processes across the entire vehicle lifecycle – from concept to decommissioning – ensuring compliance with ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155, and other emerging regulations. Working in close collaboration with experts across R&D, regulatory, and cybersecurity functions, you will lead initiatives that secure our products, support organizational readiness, and shape the future of cybersecurity at the heart of the TRATON Group. This is a great opportunity to influence a critical area in a dynamic, international setting.

Job responsibilities

•    Own and maintain Scania’s CSMS, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
•    Drive the implementation of CSMS across departments and development projects, embedding cybersecurity in all phases.
•    Represent Scania in audits, certification processes, and TRATON governance forums.
•    Define, coordinate, and follow up on key CSMS work packages (e.g., risk management, supplier evaluation, incident response).
•    Provide guidance and training to stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment with CSMS, FSMS, SUMS, and QMS.
•    Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with cybersecurity architects, engineers, and compliance specialists.

Who You Are

You are a systems thinker with a strong sense of ownership and a genuine interest in cybersecurity. You have experience working in complex development environments, preferably within the automotive industry, and feel confident navigating regulatory requirements. With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you thrive in cross-functional and cross-organizational settings. You enjoy creating structure, driving progress, and aligning diverse teams around a common goal. Ideally, you also bring experience from managing or auditing cybersecurity processes and are familiar with industry standards like ISO/SAE 21434 and UN R155. If you have additional certifications or knowledge related to cybersecurity validation, TARA, or supplier governance – that’s a plus, but not a must.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds – your unique experience and perspectives is valuable to us.
