About the role
· Design and develop cutting-edge battery, charging, or thermal management systems
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these systems into our vehicles
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes
· Stay up to date of industry trends and advancements in electrification technology
· Ensure that all designs meet high standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability
· Participate in prototype testing and validation activities
· Provide technical expertise and support to other team members
About you
· Possess a Master degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
· Has experience in battery technology and thermal management systems
· Exhibits strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
· Show a passion for sustainability and innovation in transport.
· Are eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
