EOL Test Engineer

Role summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven End of Line (EOL) Test Engineer to join our prototype battery production team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, and optimizing testing procedures for prototype battery packs and modules. Your proactive and to-do attitude will be essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of our battery products. Additionally, you will support our assemblers, work with both product and process deviations, and ensure thorough reporting and documentation. We are looking for someone eager to learn and grow within the position.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute test cases to validate battery packs and modules performance and safety according to our quality assurance specifications
- Analyze test data and generate comprehensive reports on test results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production engineers, to ensure rigorous testing processes and uphold product quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to testing equipment and procedure with tools like INCA & CANalyzer
- Support production by addressing and resolving both product and process deviations
- Continuously improve testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during testing
- Document and report findings, deviations, and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of test procedures, results, and any modifications made to the testing process
Who You Are
Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
• Engineering experience in a production environment.
• Experience in testing methods in battery systems or the automotive industry is a plus.
• Understanding of battery technologies and/or electrical systems it´s a plus.
Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of ECUs, CAN and UDS protocols.
• Familiarity with measurement equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
