Role Summary

Group Product Management (GPM) plays a critical role in shaping TRATON’s strategic product portfolio, balancing commercial priorities with industrial capabilities and steering investments defined by the Executive Board.

Based at TRATON AB in Södertälje, this role supports the Head of Group Product Management, Catharina Modahl Nilsson, in both strategic and operational matters. As Technical Executive Assistant, you will gain a unique, high-level perspective on TRATON’s product strategy while working closely with senior leadership across all brands. You will build a strong internal network and act as a central coordination point across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

In this role you will gain a unique overview of TRATON Group’s strategic product decisions and work closely with senior leadership across all brands. You will gain a Group-wide network and become a main point of contact towards the whole organization.

• Support the Head of Group Product Management in her responsibilities
• Own and coordinate the process, preparation, alignment and documentation of the Product Strategy Committee (PSC)
• Preparation of TRATON events such as Truck Board, Supervisory Board, GARR, Focus days etc.
• Act as a key point of contact within GPM, maintaining close awareness of ongoing topics and priorities within GPM
• Prepare internal and external presentations by creating, gathering and verifying content
• Independent and responsible development of strategic and operational special tasks/ projects
• Maintain close collaboration with managers and other Technical/Executive Assistants across the TRATON group
• Close cooperation with Executive Secretary to coordinate Head of GPM’s calendar commitments
• The role is based in Södertälje and includes occasional travel

Who You Are

• Hold a university degree in Engineering, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience from TRATON or one of its brands is required.
• Bring several years of experience within a TRATON brand, including leadership experience and a strong track record of performance.
• Thrive in a high-paced, high-exposure environment and are motivated to broaden your perspective across the Group
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, drive initiatives and navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across functions and seniority levels
• Have experience facilitating decision-making processes and aligning diverse stakeholders
• Prior managerial experience is considered a strong advantage
• Are fluent in English and open to occasional travel
