Role Summary
- Support and assist sourcing managers within procurement at Chassi & Metal
- Work result-oriented and proactively, managing multiple activities in a structured way
- Have a problem-solving mindset and see challenges as opportunities for improvement
- Ensure the right decisions are made by preparing and gathering necessary documents
- Present well-founded decision materials before supplier nominations
- Build and maintain a broad network and collaborate with various functions within the organization

Who You are
We are looking for a recent graduate with a university or engineering degree or someone with relevant experience who wants to take the next step in their career. You have a strong interest in technology, are result-oriented, analytical, and can manage multiple tasks in a structured manner. The role requires long-term and proactive work to improve the business and support colleagues in both procurement and other areas at Scania.
You take initiative, work independently, and have a commercial drive with an understanding of the connection between technology and economics. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential, even in a fast-paced environment. English is a requirement, and Swedish is a merit.
