Full-Stack Developer at Driver Performance - Customer Digitalisation

Do you want to build Scania’s future of digital services? The combination of digitalization, electrification and connected vehicles is the key to unlock future success for our customers. That is why we’re investing in our people and our technology like never before!

The Team!

You will be part of a diverse and motivated team building digital services aiming to improve driver behaviour. The purpose is to help customers consume less energy and fuel in order to save money and to make transportation more sustainable. We do this by using data collected from our global fleet of connected vehicles. We deliver the Driver Evaluation and ProDriver service to our customers through the My Scania web portal and mobile applications.

We are responsible for all elements of application and service development. Our team is involved in requirement work, architecture, development, testing and operation. Since we work cross-functionally, we continuously share knowledge within our areas of expertise and cooperate closely with other teams.

Are you our new colleague?

We believe you will match our team if you love to develop and want to make a difference for our future and the environment. We also want you to be comfortable using technologies such as .Net/C#, Angular, AWS and GitLab. Python, typescript and CDK are of merit. Furthermore, you have an interest in the architecture of the ecosystem around the service as well.

You do not have to know all of the above – and if you have broader skills and an interest towards data analytics, that’s perfect. We also believe that you are self-motivated and like to solve problems in existing code as much as you like to build new functionality. You are a good communicator and speak English fluently. Being generous with your knowledge and coaching others comes natural to you.

The Culture!

We value freedom and responsibility and like to work in autonomous value creation teams which are responsible for services together. The teams are supported by their servant engineering managers. We work two days a week from the Södertälje office. The rest of the time from wherever we are awesome. You will also have the possibility to work from Scania’s hub in downtown Stockholm. Together we create a team climate where innovation is a given factor and where our agile ways of working continuously improve. If you join us, excellent professional development opportunities within the Scania group await you. We even have a yearly hackathon!

Application

Your application should include a CV, personal letter, and grade copies. Please apply as soon as possible but no later than 2025-01-21. Ongoing selection and interviews will take place during the application period, the position may be filled before the end of the application period.
