What we do

In Product Development IT, we develop digital tools that support the entire R&D process. Our solutions help accelerate innovation in areas like electrification, autonomous vehicles, and sustainable materials.

We work in agile teams with end-to-end responsibility, delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions used globally.

About the teams

We’re hiring for two different teams – both working closely with R&D engineers and stakeholders.

In a collaborative and transparent culture, you’ll work with other developers, business analysts, and product owners.

We value knowledge-sharing, continuous learning, and curiosity.

Your role

You will be working as a full-stack Java developer using agile and DevOps engineering practices and be part of the full development cycle – from idea and architecture to coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop cloud-native applications in AWS.
• Work with both the frontend and backend
• Develop APIs and data flows for smart integration.
• Help improve development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system architecture.
• We believe in taking ownership, working iteratively, and staying close to the user.

Who you are

We’re looking for experienced full-stack developers who:

• Are confident in Java and frontend frameworks like Angular.
• Have experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Know their way around APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Are curious, pragmatic, and love solving real-world problems through tech.
• It is a bonus if you also have a passion for frontend and UI/UX design
