Global People Data Analyst

Role Summary

As a Global People Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping strategic initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex People data across global operations. You will ensure data integrity, develop insightful reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance business performance and employee experience. Job Responsibilites
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, clean, and analyze global HR data, including workforce demographics, performance metrics, and engagement surveys.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics for stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the organization.
Data Integrity and Governance:
- Ensure the accuracy and security of HR data across systems.
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement data quality standards and practices.
- Maintain compliance with global data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
System Management and Integration:
- Partner with IT and HRIS teams to optimize HR systems for effective data management.
- Lead the integration of data from multiple global sources into cohesive reporting platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies across systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Leadership teams to align data analysis with business objectives.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Support HR programs such as talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning with data insights.
Strategic Insights and Workforce Planning:
- Analyze global workforce trends to predict future HR needs.
- Provide input on workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development.
- Suggest innovative approaches to HR data utilization for continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- Higher education in statistics, mathematics, or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with workforce-related data, ideally in a global or multi-regional context.
- Proven expertise in analyzing data for strategic purposes.
- Strong understanding of data governance, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR.
- Experience with data visualization tools and creating reports tailored for various stakeholders.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, Swedish is meritious.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and leadership.
