Role Summary
As Global Pricing Manager – Parts & Services, you will play a key role in shaping the global pricing logic for Scania’s spare parts business. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining pricing strategies for selected parts assortments, ensuring that our pricing reflects customer value, market dynamics, and Scania’s commercial objectives.
Working closely with markets, business units, and regional stakeholders, you will analyze competitive landscapes and identify opportunities to optimize price and volume performance. The role combines strategic thinking with analytical work and cross-functional collaboration.
You will join a global commercial organization that is currently evolving its commercial operating model. During this transformation, you will contribute to building new ways of working, strengthening pricing capabilities across markets, and supporting the implementation of Scania’s new global pricing model.
This position is one of four Global Pricing Manager roles within the Solutions Pricing team, each responsible for different parts of the spare parts portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Define, develop and evolve pricing strategies for selected spare parts assortments, ensuring a coherent global pricing logic.
- Drive competitive pricing performance by monitoring customer value generation, market dynamics and competitor pricing.
- Translate pricing analysis into concrete actions, adjusting global price lists and market factors to capture opportunities.
- Lead global price revisions and pricing initiatives, ensuring strong analysis, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead the roll out of the new pricing model in selected markets.
Who You Are
- You bring experience from the parts and aftermarket business, with a strong understanding of how pricing affects sales, competitiveness, and profitability.
- You might today be a Parts Manager, Commercial Manager, Pricing Manager, Business Controller or Business Analyst within the automotive or industrial aftermarket.
- You are comfortable working with data and analysis, and enjoy translating insights into concrete pricing actions such as price strategy adjustments or revisions.
- You combine commercial judgement with a structured and analytical approach to decision-making.
- You are a collaborative and proactive professional, comfortable working with stakeholders across markets, regions, and functions.

The Solutions Pricing team is a global commercial team, responsible for the pricing model and the recommended price levels for Scania’s complete solutions portfolio, towards 43 Scania business units and 10 independent distributors.
