HR Generalist to Erinion

Your role  

As our HR Generalist, you will be an integral part of Erinion's journey to build a high-performing and engaged workforce. You’ll work closely with our Head of People & Culture and all leaders at Erinion to ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent in line with Erinion’s ambitious growth plans. This role will be based at our Stockholm office, supporting both local and remote employees in Sweden and across Europe. 

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Drive HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. 
  • Support the recruitment process, including collaborating with external partners to meet business needs. 
  • Oversee and manage employee queries related to benefits, compensation, and HR policies. 
  • Support the implementation of employment strategies throughout the world, while ensuring compliance with local employment laws. 
  • Act as the main point of contact for collective bargaining agreements and union-related activities. 
  • Contribute to shaping Erinion’s company culture by fostering an inclusive, employee-centric workplace. 
  • Secure and monitor administrative processes related to the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring correct employee data, org structure in our HRIS and contributing to budget process being some examples.  

 

Your Profile  

We’re looking for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You are comfortable navigating and adapting to evolving strategies and priorities, with the ability to scale HR practices effectively to meet our expanding needs. You bring a proactive mindset, a flexible approach, and a commitment to building a resilient workforce capable of driving Erinion’s mission forward. 

 

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, either from Scania or from a start-up/scale up environment similar to Erinion 
  • Great knowledge in Swedish employment laws and collective bargaining processes. 
  • Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational support. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. 
  • Experience working with international teams and scaling up business is a plus
