Role Summary

This newly established role will play a critical part in driving group-wide HR compliance, reporting, and transformation. Reporting to the Global Compensation & Benefits Manager, the HR Specialist Governance & Projects will coordinate CSRD reporting, steer global HR projects, and act as a strategic interface between People & Culture, Finance, and GRC.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and consolidate CSRD reporting across TFS Group
  • Translate regulatory developments into actionable HR reporting processes
  • Coordinate global HC data, headcount, and project metrics with Group and Brand functions
  • Act as a liaison with TRATON SE, PMO, and local HR teams for data, insights, and alignment
  • Lead selected HR projects (e.g. Employee Survey) from planning to implementation
  • Support change management and communication rollouts

Who you are

You have a bachelor degree within related areas and a few years of experience in related areas as well (Finance / Sustainability / Compliance / Projects).

As a person, you have an analytical profile and attention to detail.

Strong data and documentation skills.

You have a good understanding of MS Excel - other systems and tools are +

English fluency required - Swedish and / or German is advantage.

You’ll join a high-visibility, cross-functional HR unit led by the Global C&B Manager. The team operates at the intersection of Compensation, Governance, and HR Data Strategy. With growing responsibilities linked to ESG, sustainability, and regulatory compliance, this position will help define how TFS manages its people data, projects, and accountability.
