The responsibility of Group Product Management, GPM, is to balance the commercial needs with solutions for the customers and steer the funding of capabilities to reach the result defined by TRATON Executive Board.
To secure outstanding customer value we have a business and market driven product and service management organization. We have a close collaboration with the brand’s Sales & Marketing and Group R&D so that we in the best way capture the customer and business needs in our product and service development.

We are now looking for a manager for the Team Portfolio Analysis and Modularisation
The Team Portfolio Analysis and Modularization is responsible for analyzing the group's product portfolio and the overarching TRATON Modularization. This work ensures that the portfolio meets the demands of the brands' customers.
Role Summary
- Manage a team of highly skilled and experienced employees
- Together with the team, analyse the existing and future group product portfolio
- Run Property and Value Use Case work
- Drive and develop Modularisation within the TRATON Group
- Collaborate effectively with the Brands, GPM and other group functions
- Building a high-performance team with an open and communicative culture
- Be an integral part of the Group Product Portfolio Management team
Your Skills
To succeed in this role we are looking for an experienced candidate with a proven track record of effectively leading people and a good understanding of TRATON’s product portfolio and way of working.
- You have strong leadership skills
- You thrive in a complex and strategic environment
- You have experience working with product portfolio analysis and Modularization
- We expect you to have an established network within the group and act as a role model in cross-brand collaboration
- As a person you are driven, self-motivated and structured with a high level of integrity.
- You enjoy working in an international fast-pace environment and use your flexibility and creativity to manage various levels of challenges
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are required
