Your Role

As a Junior Project Manager – Charging Infrastructure, you will support our Project Managers in delivering charging infrastructure projects across our markets.  

You will help ensure that projects progress smoothly by maintaining data in Sitetracker, coordinating documentation, and supporting the preparation of site layouts and technical drawings. You will also work with digital tools used to simulate vehicle movements and charging site layouts for heavy-duty vehicles.

This role offers a strong learning opportunity for someone interested in infrastructure project delivery and electrification. Over time, you will gain a deeper understanding of the deployment process and may take on increasing responsibility within project delivery.

Your Responsibilities

•    Maintain and update data in Sitetracker, ensuring project dates and documentation are accurately recorded.
•    Support Deployment Managers with project coordination 
•    Support the preparation of site layouts and use simulation tools to check how heavy-duty vehicles move within charging sites.
•    Help collect and organize project documentation required for permitting and project delivery
•    Coordinate internally to ensure project information and updates are properly documented
•    Support the handover of completed projects to Service & Operations teams

Your Profile

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who is interested in infrastructure projects and electrification and enjoys working in a structured and collaborative way. You are comfortable working with project data, documentation, and technical drawings while supporting project delivery teams.

•    Education in engineering or a related technical field
•     2+ years of experience in project coordination, engineering support, or technical administration 
•    Comfortable working with project documentation, drawings, and digital tools
•    Structured and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
•    Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
•    High level of proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish. 
•    Interest in infrastructure, energy or e-mobility projects
