This Is Us

Logistics encompasses several key functions: production planning, material planning, material handling, logistics development, and logistics technology. Most processes in production and material handling are automated, with flows that are highly interconnected. Nothing moves without signals within and between our IT systems, and material handling processes are largely automated with high-bay warehouses, buffers, and AGVs.

Our team specializes in Logistics Engineering and development, focusing on launching and operating our new plant. Some of us are also exploring the next steps in our electrification journey. We believe that open-mindedness and teamwork are crucial to our success. Our processes are strongly interconnected, and we are working to establish a common understanding of our current position and future direction.

We are an international team with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and competencies. This diversity brings different perspectives, which strengthens our approach to tackling and solving challenges. Our team fosters an open and inclusive environment where everyone is encouraged to share their opinions, which is highly valued and supports our work.

Scania Offers

We offer a dynamic, flexible workplace with hybrid work options, including Scania Sergel and Midway hubs. With a structured development plan and courses, Scania supports your career growth both locally and internationally.

Benefits include training at our health center Gröndal or wellness allowance, result bonus, flexible hours, and company car leasing. Scania also hosts events for employees and their families, and Stockholm residents enjoy direct access to Södertälje via Scania Job express buses.
