Role Summary
The Unit Manager is accountable for securing the powertrain system safety and security of all TMS/GMS functions and corresponding interactions for Scania applications. The Unit Manager also supports the test plan creation, execution, release level recommendations, and any potential risk assessments
Team responsibilities include powertrain system testing in SIL, HIL, and vehicle test environments
Job Responsibilities
• Develop strategic skills as the product road map evolves.
• Identify critical test requirements throughout the product road map and life cycle.
• Build and maintain core competencies within the Unit's responsibilities.
• Supports the flow organization with testing capacity from PI to PI.
• Supports the flow organization with guidance and direction as necessary to ensure PI deliverables are achievable and met.

Motion Control Testing Section (TGRAMM) is a global Section including five Units in Sweden, three Units in the US, and one Unit in Germany.
The responsibilities include software integration, system, and user function test levels, and TGRAMM testing provides solutions and value to all global markets.
The Unit Manager of TGRAMM2 will lead a group of 10-20 resources in Sodertalje, including test leaders, test developers, and test engineers.
TGRAMM2 will allocate resources across several VCT’s including LLC, PCS, and ETF.
