the position is located in Södertälje, but also offers remote possibilities, or using Scania offices.

 

Your new role:

Leadership, Culture & People Sustainability supports the P&C community in Scania with strategic support in the area of responsibility and withing the governance of P&C.

 

The Organisational Design Specialist will focus on supporting the business area P&C organisation with developing framework, method and toolbox for organisational design as well as support (2nd and 3rd line), in close cooperation with the Change Management Specialist, to strengthen deployment of Scania strategy.

 

 

 

 

The main assignments are to, within the governance of P&C:

  • develop framework, method, and toolbox
  • continuously work with the development of the right culture (including Skill Capture (Scania’s journey in D&I) and leadership
  • continue to develop best-in-class support in the area of responsibility
  • participate in strategic People & Culture work and developing the global Leadership, Culture & People Sustainability function

 

Your profile

To succeed in this role we believe you have an academic degree, preferably in the field of HR, or equivalent knowledge with longstanding proven experience specifically in organisational design in global large companies.

 

You are a person that follows trends and love exploring/venturing together with others. You are business minded, with a people heart and you are great working with a consultative and collaborative approach. You also have the ability to work independently, within the framework of Scania’s purpose, values and corporate guidelines.

 

You will collaborate with Scania business representatives and experts to secure great results.

Main skills/experience needed to take on this role are:

  • Strategic thinking and vision alignment – ie the ability to align organizational design with business objectives and long-term vision, as well as anticipating future needs
  • Analytical skills – data driven, problem solving and financial acument
  • Human Resources and talent management insight
  • Behavioural and cultural insight – insights in how culture and leadership impacts org design needs
  • Communication and facilitation - excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English, both oral and written
  • Systems thinking – having the ability to view the organisation as a system and understanding how the different parts interacts and affects the others

The position reports to the Head of Leadership, Culture & People Sustainability.
