Presales engineer to Erinion

Your role  
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to support our Sales and Deployment Team in the renewable energy and e-mobility sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to grow, learn, and contribute to a dynamic team. 

 
Your responsibilities   
•    Support in sales processes, including managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining relationships with our personnel out in the markets. 
•    Assist in handling drawings, electrical schematics, and create Bills of Materials (BOM) for the important components to be documented, along with drawings, building permits etc., in Sitetracker. 
•    Assisting the sales team with technical inquiries  

•    Aid in exploring and designing novel products with local suppliers.  
•    Contribute to the development of innovative, customer-oriented solutions. 
•    Salesforce (CRM system) operations admin (process focus):  
•    Ensure and follow up on data quality in Sales force (CRM system). 
•    Identify business process improvements and have dialogue with company operations 
•    Maintain and quality control on key features such as pricing and contract management. 

•    Manages project requests and acts as a point of contact when needed (e.g., sickness, extra workload) 

•   Understanding of contracts and request documentation, with experience in customer contact and simple procurement 

•   Technical understanding and experience working with customers 

•   Socially skilled and solution-oriented, with a willingness to engage with customers 

•   Acts as a bridge between the sales team and other departments, such as customer operations, legal, company operations, product management and business development 

•   Participates in team meetings to identify complex projects and additional support needs 

 
Your Profile  
•    Relevant technical education, such as a degree or certification in engineering, electrical systems, or a related field. 
•    Some experience or familiarity with technical drawings, electrical schematics, and project documentation. 
•    A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive, “doer” attitude. 
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. 
•    Keen interest in the renewable energy sector and e-mobility. 
•    Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. 
•    Basic understanding of sales processes is a plus. 
•    Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.  
•    Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally. 
•    CRM experience is a plus.
