Your role

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong commercial background and a track record from software or service product development and commercialisation. As Product Manager Software & Services, you will be part of shaping Erinion’s product strategy and our ways of working both within your area and for the entire product organisation. You will be part of small and ambitious product team aiming to re-shape the future of heavy-duty transportation in Europe and beyond, working with hardware, software and services as well as new business models.  

Your responsibilities

You will own the product strategy and roadmap for Erinion’s software and service offering, ensuring the product portfolio meet current and future customer needs across all Erinion markets. You have the responsibility from idea to commercialization and post launch follow ups and improvements. To achieve this, you will work closely with customers, suppliers as well as with colleagues across the Erinion and Scania organisation in tech, operations, purchasing and commercial.   

You ensure Erinion has the most competitive offer on the market and that it is scalable and robust. You will continuously find new ways to drive product growth. The aim with our product is to drive down total cost of ownership for our customers, so they become more profitable when they go electric, and to enable them to maximize asset utilization. Your job can range from one day setting up an aftermarket service solution across all our markets to the next launching software solutions that increase customer uptime.  

Your Profile

We’re looking for a commercially minded product manager who has successfully built and scaled software or service-based offerings. You combine analytical and strategic thinking with hands-on execution and know how to translate customer needs into products that drive growth and profitability. You enjoy working closely with customers and partners, thrive in a dynamic environment, and help build structure as the organisation grows. 

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, with proven ownership of product roadmaps and execution. 

• Strong commercial mindset with experience driving growth and profitability through product development. 

• Analytical and strategic, able to identify new business opportunities and turn insights into clear execution plans. 

• Comfortable working closely with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders across countries and cultures. 

• Skilled at simplifying complex product offerings and clearly articulating customer and technical needs. 

• Hands-on and pragmatic, able to build and launch products both with and without an engineering team.
