Product Owner for Driver Evaluation

Scania is transforming from a supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to a provider of sustainable transport solutions. As the Product Owner for Driver Evaluation, you will be at the heart of this transformation.

The Team

You will join a diverse and motivated team building digital services to provide solutions to our customers using data from our global fleet of connected vehicles. We deliver our services through the My Scania web portal and native apps. Your responsibility will be to lead Driver Evaluation, ensuring it meets future needs. Our goal is to help customers consume less energy and fuel, saving money and making transportation more sustainable.

We handle all aspects of application and service development and work cross-functionally, sharing knowledge and collaborating closely with other teams and stakeholders.

Your role will involve maintaining and developing the service with fast cycles from concept to value creation. We believe you will fit our team if you love service development and want to make a difference for the future and the environment. You should be comfortable with:

· Agile ways of working, SAFe – Scaled Agile Framework

· Leading teams through product ownership

· Refining requirements

· Translating business questions into technical solutions, including market and customer insights

· Stakeholder communication and presentations

· Travelling

Experience in the transportation industry is a plus. You should also be a good communicator and speak English fluently.

The Culture
