Job Responsiblities
- Manage and lead the team in organizing, monitoring, and executing current and future projects related to vehicle service information.
- Work closely with various cross-functional teams, including R&D and IT, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of service information systems.
- Oversee the development and implementation of processes to ensure the highest quality of service information.
- Navigate technological shifts and find innovative ways to work and collaborate, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Actively participate in planning and other specialist tasks to support the team’s goals.
Who You are
- You have an engineering degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- You have experience working as a project manager within IT.
- You are fluent in English.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where both agile and traditional development methods are used.
- Experience and knowledge in agile methods.
- Working with the SAFe framework is advantageous.
- You can see the big picture and help the organization prioritize and improve work methods and processes when needed.
- Experience with Scania's product development process is a plus.
