Job Responsibilities
As an Object Manager at Engine Control System, ENESP you will be working closely with software experts, system owners, testing experts, stakeholders and many other groups to secure project deliveries on time. This is a job with varying tasks that involves a lot of responsibility, drive and flexibility as you plan, coordinate and drive the deliveries and challenges. You will have close cross functional cooperation with other departments and our different sites on a daily basis.
Besides planning, coordinating and driving the work you will develop, implement and own new processes.
Who You Are
You take initiative and lead teams to deliver results, to solve challenges and to reach set goals. As a person you are passionate about your job, you lead our projects in a structured way and you like a high pace. You have experience of working with SW and/or HW development within the automotive industry. You have very good communication skills and the talent to develop and maintain a wide network of contacts at all levels. You are comfortable presenting and reporting to larger groups.
We are looking for a candidate with a master of science in engineering, leadership skills and high interest in new technology. If you have experience in project management, we consider this to be very much appreciated.
