Role Summary

Are you ready to take the lead in shaping how the next generation of trucks are serviced and supported?
As Project Manager for Vehicle Service Information, you will be part of Traton´s digital transformation, driving projects that make advanced vehicle data accessible, reliable, and user-friendly for our global service network. In this role, you’ll combine leadership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that Traton’s service information evolves alongside our products and technologies. You’ll work closely with VSI management teams and development teams ensuring that our service information systems meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and efficiency.

Job Responsiblities

  • Manage and lead the project/initative in organizing, monitoring, and executing current and future projects related to vehicle service information.
  • Work closely with various cross-functional teams including R&D and IT, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of service information systems.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of processes to ensure the highest quality of service information.
  • Actively participate in planning and other specialist tasks to support project/initiative goals.


Who you are

  • You have an engineering degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • You have experience working as a project manager within IT.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where both agile and traditional development methods are used.
  • You can see the big picture and help the organization prioritize and improve work methods and processes when needed.
  • Experience with Scania's product development process is a plus.

We ensure these processes are carried out safely, with high quality, and cost-effectively. We also play a crucial role in product development by providing expertise and support to ensure the right solutions from a service perspective, ultimately giving Scania's workshop network the conditions to maximize the availability of our transport solutions.
