Are you our new Safety Coordinator for driving restrictions, driving bans and work environment ?
If you want to be part of a great team at the Test Fleet Trucks group and run a unique haulage company linked to the working environment and vehicle safety, this could be the job for you. With our more than 420 vehicles, it is one of the largest haulage companies in the Nordic region.
As a safety coordinator you are responsible for managing work environment issues, driving restrictions and driving bans linked to the vehicle fleet at R&D and in the near future also have a joint assignment with other brands within the group. This means that you are responsible for ensuring that there are driving restrictions and that they are updated and valid for the vehicles concerned, this is done together with, among others, system owners and design managers. You also chair the meeting “Driving restrictions forum Truck and Bus”. Test Fleet Trucks works with all development groups where projects and initiatives need vehicles in their testing from concept to production.
Your Role
The task consists of managing and developing the platform that provides driving restrictions and driving bans by coordinating meetings with system owners and disseminating the information to vehicle users. Work environment issues are also an important part of your daily work, and you will have an extensive network of contacts throughout R&D but also within the group as the fleet includes vehicles from other brands. Your work includes driving, further developing and streamlining methods, processes and tools cross-functionally that link to your and the group's area of responsibility.
Your Profile
- You are a driven person with good communication skills
- You have strong personal commitment and delivery focus
- You have experience in health and safety management
- You have broad technical skills and the ability to see connections and draw conclusions
- You have a driving license for C- and preferably CE
- You have a technical college education or equivalent experience
- You speak swedish on a professional level
