Senior Program Management Advisor
Role Summary
Do you want to shape the future of E-Mobility at Traton? We are looking for a senior Program Management Advisor who thrives on creating structure, visualizing complex scenarios, and driving improvements through collaboration and innovation. You will in this role be part of the management team of Traton Project Office.
As a PM Advisor, you will have a strategic and advisory role where you influence outcomes in the entire project portfolio of Traton. Your focus area will be E-Mobility at Traton.
Job Responsibilities
- Support project managers at Traton PMO, especially within E-mobility projects
- Responsible for the E-Mobility project portfolio
- Be the link between concept development within E-Mobility and the Traton PMO
- Together with your PM advisor colleagues support Traton PMO in strategic topics
Who You Are
We are looking for you, who combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. You excel at building relationships, delivering clear recommendations, and are driven by the desire to create long-term improvements that benefit both people and the organization.
You are also:
- A senior project/program manager with several years of experience within Traton (Scania, MAN, International or VW)
- Experienced in strategic work and comfortable handling complex data and dependencies.
- Background and strong interest in the E-mobility journey of Traton
- Advisory in your approach, with the ability to lead through collaboration and influence rather than formal authority
