While your primary focus will be on the service business, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire Power Solutions operation, from sales, product management to R&D processes. This role offers you the chance to work closely with business units, OEM customers, and end users, gaining insights into their needs and translating those into strategic actions. You will be part of a collaborative, ambitious team where your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of our service offerings, enabling you to develop both personally and professionally.
Your role:
- Drive and develop the service business together with our business units or directly towards our global OEM customers. You will be responsible for a number of markets working independently to establish and execute strategic plans.
- Work closely with our business units to improve their way of working in order to maximise end user uptime and tap the full potential of the Scania network by implementing tools and processes.
- Develop new service concepts for Power Solutions. This includes managing cross-functional development projects in close cooperation with several departments such as Parts and Services, Service Information, Scania Academy and supporting teams within Power Solutions. For instance, this could involve digital and contracted services.
- Be responsible for the service related strategic and operational agreements with key account OEM customers ensuring alignment with both customer and company objectives.
Your profile:
We are looking for a dedicated and solution oriented person who enjoy working with people in a high-paced environment. You are willing to travel and have the ability to work in a multi-cultural setting with all levels of the organisation at customers and business units. You are service-minded and have the customer in focus.
You have a commercial or technical university degree (and 5 years of work experience in a relevant area). Good communication skills and fluency in English is a prerequisite. The combination of commercial and technical work experience is an advantage in this role and previous experience from service operations or service concept development is meriting.
