Strategy & Business Development Manager - Scania Power Solutions
Role summary
We are now looking for a Strategy & Business Development Manager to drive key strategic initiatives within Scania Power Solutions. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, global environment, leading cross-functional projects and contributing to the development and execution of strategy. You will play a central role in supporting growth, transformation, and new business opportunities across markets and segments.
Job responsibilities
- Lead and drive strategic initiatives to support growth, transformation, and profitability
- Develop go-to-market, localization, and partnership strategies across global markets
- Lead or contribute to strategic projects such as M&A, integrations, and new business opportunities
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, targets, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate across functions and stakeholders to support strategy execution and governance
Who you are
You have experience within strategy, business development, project management, or consulting, and are confident working across functions and senior stakeholders. You communicate clearly, build trust, and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution.
