Structured Finance Analyst

Role Summary

We are looking for a Structuring Finance Analyst to join our global Treasury team at TFS Headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of all live ABS (Asset Backed Securitization) transactions, ensuring smooth annual renewals, audits, and due diligence processes. You will play a key role in maintaining relationships with banks, internal stakeholders, and other relevant entities across the TRATON Group.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Global responsibility of Administration and management of all active ABS transactions
  • Responsible for annual renewal of existing ABS programs
  • Primary contact towards TRATON Treasury Internal Bank regarding hedging of interest rate risk arising under ABS-transactions
  • Organize and coordinate annual due diligence meetings for existing transactions
  • Coordinate asset audits on existing transactions
  • Supervise and handle questions related to investor reports
  • Continuously benchmark ABS cost of funds versus internal cost of funds
  • Coordinate and structure bi-annual RFQs to banks
  • Responsible for the ABS-portal from a TFS HQ perspective (once implemented)

 

Who You Are 

  • Education: University degree
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Basic understanding of Financial Loan Documentation
  • Good understanding of financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills — a structured mindset is essential
  • Ability and interest to, over time, take ownership of own ABS projects
  • Proactive approach to develop and maintain processes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
