Job Responsibilities

The unit’s main responsibility is the design and testing of the inner manoeuvring components in transmissions and ePropulsion units. This includes synchronizers, coupling sleeves, gear shift shafts and forks.

 

You will lead and support a team of 15 talented and competent engineers and ensure that they have the right conditions to deliver the team's commitments as well as to develop themselves.

 

As part of the section management team, you will work closely together with your colleagues, five group managers, a senior technical advisor, an architect, and the section manager. We look forward to you contributing with your experience and competence to the entire section.

Who You Are

You are a collaborative and unpretentious leader who motivates your team and drives continuous development. You have strong communication skills and can adapt your leadership in a global, cross-functional environment. A strong customer focus and the ability to challenge existing processes are key to succeeding in this role.

 

You have a Bachelor-, Master of Engineering or corresponding work experience in product development and that you communicate fluently in English. Swedish language is considered a merit.
