What is it that we do?
The vision of Simulation Enablement is to enable flexibility and speed to the simulation community at Research and Development for the Traton group on a global scale. To achieve this vision where we transition from local system to global synergies we try new technologies in a agile way with customer centric feedback loops. We are increasing the pace significantly to enable our customer to be successful in their new global setup with new technologies which allow us to scale by code when we deploy our super computers. Where by the expert simulation engineer can continue to push the product properties of our new sustainable transport solutions to outstanding performance and competitiveness.
The group works in a global flow with members from different sites across the globe in joint collaboration to maximize customer value
Job Resposibilities

- Recruit and compose teams with the right skills and dynamics.
- Economy skills to manage forecast and outcome to maximize business agility in collaboration with the flow management.

As a humble, engaged, and experienced leader you understand that knowledge is crucial for our business, you continuously learn and improve your knowledge, creating a climate where people can grow and nourish their skills. You have a relevant education from university level and/or equivalent experience. Experience from technical simulation as user or High Performance Computing as developer/technician is a merit.
