Global System Administrator

Role Summary

The main responsibility of the system administrator, he/she will be part of the global team of system administrators, play a central role and work closely with business units, global business solution owners and development teams.

    • Supports incidents raised by business in Production environment e.g. Asset Finance, Provenir or D365
    • Monitoring Batch run process and observe performance and report to Manager if abnormalities happen.

    •  Static Data configuration set up for new onboarding project
    • Static Data maintenance for live markets upon request received/approved by Business Solution owners.
    • To attend tickets raised for User Access Requisition (Asia markets)

    • Control environment versions in testing environment.
    • Coordination of system build, work closely with Global Deployment team, Global Test Automation team to support project Go Live

    •  Attend triage meeting and provide feedback and updates.
    • Updates jira ticket to support turnaround time
    • Manage user access request in Servince Now platform
