Telemarketing Executive

Role Summary

The main responsibility of a Telemarketing Executive is to contact customers and prospects to update their details, promote Scania's products and services, and manage data and leads in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities

Professional Competencies (Duties and Tasks)

1. Contact Customers and Prospects:

  • Validate and update company details: Company Name, Address, SSM Registration No, and TIN No.
  • Validate and update contact details: Contact person name, phone number, and email address.
  • Send PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) confirmation to customers.

2. Product and Service Offering:

  • Introduce and offer our products and services to customers.
  • Address any inquiries or concerns customers may have about our offerings.

3. Data Management:

  • Accurately update all validated and new information into the SCRM (Sales Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

4. Lead Management:

  • Create leads in SCRM for marketing to qualify.

 

Desirable Experience & Qualifications

  • Prior telemarketing experience is required (at least part-time during school or college)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
  • Able to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience in customer service is a PLUS.
