Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational & Financial Analysis

• Prepare and analyze operational and financial performance reports, including KPIs and variance analysis
• Monitor revenue, costs, gross margin, and expenses, providing insights to support management decisions
• Support monthly business reviews, management reporting, budgeting and performance discussions

2. Accounts Receivable & Credit Management

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and assess credit risk exposure
• Support the management of customer credit terms and credit policies
• Improve cash flow and collection performance

3. Projects & Operational Improvement

• Participate in operational analysis, cost control, and process optimization initiatives
• Support project-related financial analysis, performance tracking, and results reporting
• Work cross-functionally to help implement improvement initiatives

4. Other Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

Experience：

• Junior level: New graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Mid-to-senior level: 3–6+ years of experience in operations analysis, financial analysis, management accounting, or credit management

Professional Skills：

• Solid understanding of financial statements and management accounting principles
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP or BI systems (SAP preferred) is a plus
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, Taiwanese is a plus
