●新規に立ち上げる中古車ビジネスの企画立案、実行業務
  戦略に従い、プロセスの確立、必要業務の企画立案、実行
  直営ディーラーを中心とした中古車セールスの立ち上げ
  最適な提案、フォローアップを社内外に対して行う
●スカニアグローバルポリシーに準じた日本市場の中古車ビジネスの確立、販売実践の基盤作成及び、サービス部との連携業務などの課題解決
●社内におけるルールの整理と確立"


【詳細】
スカニアジャパン本社所属のスカニア中古トラックのビジネス開発及びセールスに関わる仕事です。
東京三田事務所に席を置きながら、戦略に従い、中古車ビジネスモデルの立ち上げ、企画立案から始まり、社内外における中古車ビジネスの確立はもとより、実際に初期のセールス活動を行うことで、ビジネスモデルの定着、確立を目指して頂きます。
主な業務は、取扱い製品の仕入れ時の各種業務、サービスを提案するソリューションセールスを実現し、ビジネスモデルを確立し、アフターフォローに関する関係各部と必要とされる連携業務内容、書類、プロセスの確立、併せて、初期の販売実践にもかかわることで体験をして頂きながら顧客満足度を満たす活動をして頂きます。中古車市場のオペレーションを理解し、課題を見出し、取り扱い製品の強みを生かした問題解決をしていく提案型セールスを確立するビジネスモデル構築をして頂きます。
社内外の幅広い関係者と共に、仕入れから納車まで必要とする業務1つ1つに対するスムーズな推進力も求められます。

Main Duties 


Planning and execution of the used car business to be newly launched
  Establish processes, plan and execute necessary operations in accordance with the strategy
  Launching used car sales with a focus oncaptive dealers
  Provide optimal proposals and follow-up both internally and externally
Establishment of used car business in the Japanese market in accordance with Scania's global policy, creation of a foundation for sales practices, and resolution of issues such as collaboration with the Service Department
Organize and establish internal and external rules

Details

The main tasks are to realize solution sales that propose various operations and services at the time of purchase of products handled, establish a business model, and establish necessary cooperation work contents, documents, and processes with related departments regarding after-sales follow-up, as well as to experience the initial sales practices. You will be involved in activities to satisfy customer satisfaction. You will understand the operations of the used car market, identify issues, and build a business model to establish a proposal-based sales approach that solves problems by leveraging the strengths of the products handled. You will also be required to work with a wide range of internal and external parties to smoothly promote each of the necessary tasks from purchasing to delivery of vehicles.
From a long-term perspective, you will also be involved in proposing activities that we can do to reduce costs and environmental concerns, as well as in proposing used trucks to the Japanese market that will make our customers happy.
