Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles

  • Ensuring the effective use of material and technical resources

  • Planning and overseeing daily operational activities in the workshop

  • Monitoring operating expenses, budget compliance, and customer payment control

  • Issuing Guarantees of Payment (GOP)

  • Monitoring employee attendance, time management, and productivity

  • Organizing on-call duty (home readiness) schedules

  • Regular inspection of tools and equipment, including taking appropriate action in case of deviations

  • Supervising complaint-handling procedures and managing major or more complex cases

  • Assisting mechanics in diagnosing faults and handling more demanding or complex repairs

  • Monitoring equipment and resources related to occupational health and safety, and ensuring implementation of related measures and procedures

  • Ensuring the implementation of DOS (Dealer Operating Standards) with the aim of achieving consistent quality standards across all areas of the business

Our Expectations

  • Completed at least secondary technical education (Level V)
  • Work experience in the same or similar positions is desirable
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with the Windows environment
  • Active knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong orientation towards results, responsibility, and self-initiative
  • Ability to organize, lead a team, and communicate effectively
