What you will do

Based at our Wellington branch and part of the Aftersales Team, you will work closely with the Parts / Customer Service Team to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience. 


This will be achieved by

  • Exceptional communications with external and internal customers, written and verbal, to schedule vehicles and provide updates 
  • Communicate with the workshop to ensure parts / service requirements meet customer expectations 
  • Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation
  • Creating work orders, allocating work to the workshop and invoicing
  • Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory


You will have

  • Previous experience in a parts / customer service role in the automotive industry (preferred) 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Effective problem solving, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
  • Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
