What you will do
The Business Controller serves as an adviser and business partner for the various business divisions and the company leadership team. This role uses research, analysis and commercial experience to develop business and financial recommendations, provide budget feedback and assist leadership in key financial decisions. You will be responsible for;
- Development of business strategies, processes, information systems and action plans to improve profitability
- Assisting division managers in analysing operational information and recommending improvements
- Preparation of financial business plan and quarterly projections
- Identifying and managing risk and compliance
- Proposing and participating in cross functional initiatives that deliver efficiencies and promote protection of company assets and values
Who you are
To be successful as a Business Controller within our organisation, we believe that you will be a strategic, analytical thinker who is driven by results and can innovate and develop creative financial solutions. You will ideally be CPA/CA qualified, with previous experience in a broad financial role and a solid commercial understanding. Automotive industry experience advantageous.
